Hello Sally 😊

I havent been to them all of course, but so far I think Punta del Diablo, Uruguay is a treasure.

Mancora in Peru is pretty nice otherwise there are a few spots in Ecuador and Colombia that are meant to be amazing! Reply to this

My favourites are Guarda de Embau in Brazil and Santa Fe in Venezuela. Both of them are just beautiful and have a unique feel. Of course, haven't seen everything and same as Brimster, I also heard that Colombia has some great beaches.

Hi, The best beach resort is Punta del Este. If you come there January you will find lots of people Most of them are really hot Argentinean, and Brazilian girls. Punta del ester is located in Uruguay, which has terrific cost. There are all kinds of beaches in Punta over 40 beaches, some wild beaches, and some calm as a swimming pool. The water is transparent and lots of international jet set people visit this place too.

Hello,
We were just in Punta Del Este and it was beautiful. I don't know which resort to stay at and I wouldn't necessarily recommend our hotel, although it was nice (Barrades Parque). The Conrad is the big dog in town and has a casino. The beach on the Isle De Gorriti was cool and secluded with big yachts in the calm bay. Playa Brava has the famous "Dedos" or "La Mana" sculpture. Wherever you go I am sure you will have a good time.

Depends where you are and what you are after!

In Uruguay - Punta del Este, in my opinion, is not as good as Punta del Diablo, which is far more laid back and a surfing hotspot!

In Peru, Mancora is fantastic if you are after a tan as there's almost guaranteed sunshine! Be careful on the beach at night, mind.

Brazil - we had a great time on Ilha Grande and Rio is Rio!
