The worst ferry crossing I ever took was from Cherbourg, France to Rosslare, Ireland in December 1991. The 17 hour crossing took 24 hours due to heavy seas. I was sick the entire time.

Dun Laoghaire, Ireland to Holyhead, Wales - 1995
Oslo to Copenhagen 1995
Seattle WA to Bainbridge Island 1996

Thanks for giving me this opportunity to look back over my entire life of travel! It has been almost a decade since my last boat trip, so I'm thinking of the Caribbean Islands again.
