I'll try to catch up. We are near Pisa. Can't be this close

and not try to lift the Leaning Tower up!

I have to admit that I prefer the color and beautiful mtns. of Austria and Switzerland to the comparative drabness of Italy.

I'd have to agree with you Annie. Although there is a certain charm in these old villages and the culture is quite different. The Italian's have been very nice. Not like in NYC ? L
