Headed off on a long walk to the Whirlpool. It's raining, but we decide to soldier on as we heard it wasn't too be missed. After an extremely long walk, one look (and admittedly we didn't walk to the bottom, just the lookout platform) and we were suddenly very weary. Really wasn't much to look at. Decided to pay the extravagant cost of $27 to take us back to town.

Onto more exciting things. Tickets for the Mistrider Zipline. Awesome, Kirsten used to GoPro to record it but Ella was left behind a little and she wasn't happy.

Then onto Maid of the Mist (the Canadian one is now called the Hornblower). The sheer force is such a spectacle to behold.

Another walk along the 'falls strip' and then decide to let the girls do he arcade games while Graham has a beer. Off to tea, and oh no, Jodie's purse is gone. Back track and believe it or not, we find it sitting in the shadow of a rock near the falls where thousands and thousands of people would have passed. Very lucky. After such relief, were heading back to the hotel.

Since we've been away Graham's fiitbit has been going into overdrive. Graham tells me that since we got to the US we have walked 450,000 steps or nearly 350km and have been averaging 11kms per day. I'm guessing its still not enough to wear off the fried food we have consumed. Tonight is the first night that we haven't had anything fried on our table and even Ella enjoyed the vegetables.
