We woke up to a beautiful sunny day here in France. We had a lazy morning around the house and then headed into Narbonne centre for lunch and a walk around. It is a pretty town and we enjoyed wandering around the medieval core and its lively streets. Narbonne dates back to 118BC when it was built as a trading post along the newly-constructed Via Dolmitia. Via Dolmitia was the old cobblestone Roman road that joined Spain to Italy.

Hi you 2! Glad you made it to your new summer home in France. It looks amazing there. The weather has turned yucky here in Calgary and we still have piles of hail from yesterday on the ground. Enjoy your summer adventures in France!!
