Day 2 Grampians - The Epilogue

So after the non camping debacle we had a lovely night in YHA Halls Gap, although one of the lounge rooms contained a series of vivariums containing many snakes with no labels this making it impossible to judge how thrilled/terrified you should be.

A quick and undignified dash to the pub, (It's dead they may close early) and we were by the fire with pie of the day and roast of the day, it's beginning to look like we aren't serious about the camping, We are honestly!

We admired the pubs family friendly atmosphere. I admired the drive though bottle-o.

We woke to parrots and kangaroos right outside the window and then packed up for our next stop, via the camping shop in Mount Gambier to fix the equipment issues. The sun shone and it was a bracing 6 degrees - on we go.
