Spent a nice night and Dick's RV in Great Falls, Montana. As we were hooking up, our neighbor, Brent, had his grill going and volunteered to cook our cheese dogs for us, so we were able to sit right down to dinner. Tom (of course) complained that he missed cocktail hour. Friendly Brent & wife winter in Southern CA and motorhome for 8 months.

Beautiful sunshine this morning and we were on the road by 7:30. The little Mrs. (Sally) took her turn at the wheel. As we travel along we are amazed at the huge expanse of this beautiful country of ours!

After wolfing down five little oranges and a dozen Bing cherries in about ten minutes, we sailed thru Customs with narry a question about whether we had any fruit on board! Was going to mention to the border guard that Trump was going to put up a Northern wall to keep illegal Canadians out; however, she appeared quite surly, lacking any sense of humor, so I withheld, thus avoiding a possible strip search! Lunch in Claresholm, Alberta, then on to Banff for two nights. As we drove into Banff, we kept repeating the same word… WOW! Great camp sites at Tunnel Mountain. Caught the bus that comes around every 40 minutes and went into town. Downtown Banff is quite a place. Had a great dinner and strolled around then came back. To ward off the bears, whenever we walk the trails, we always sent our bellboy first (see pic). It will be good to stay put for a couple of nights!
