New Year

Ive just realised how long its been since the last blog. As usual ill keep this part short and let the pictures do the bulk of the talking. We had a great year last year with a fantastic time at the country house in Poland. The weather was really good , in the 30s to 40s C for 6 weeks solid. Got great use out of the pool but managed to have an accident with the chainsaw and got a nasty cut on my hand which is still healing. Jo and I also got away without the kids for a week in Croatia, Dubrovnik. My Dad and his wife came over for August and stayed for some Rugby world cup games. We went to France / Italy and NZ/Georgia where I had friends from Austria to meet with. Jos Mum came over for Christmas and my Mum managed a flying visit as well. All in all a very busy year. This year will be just as busy as I have a lot planned for my 40th. I know . I dont look a day ovr 39 !!. No change in the work situation and finished the last of the renovation in the kitchen and garden. The twins started school in September and are a handful. Zoe does Ballet and Jakob does rugby on Saturdays. Ive started some rugby training and hoping to play for the local seniors team but having some issues with calf muscles, too old for the wing!!! If Brad Thorn could do it..... We had our first snow of the year on the weekend and its -3 as I write this. Going to Austria in 6 weeks to teach the kids and Jo how to ski. So Ill post some pics after that.



Any way, hope to hear from you and look forward to any replies. Hope all is well and those in the South are enjoying summer.

Forgot to mention that Jo and managed a short break to New York between Christmas and New Years, just in case you were wondering where those photos were from !! 1 million people in Time sq for New Years eve. Thats 25% of the entire population of NZ for us country bumpkins, in one place !!



Właśnie uświadomiłem sobie, jak długo jej było od ostatniego blogu. Jak zwykle źle zachować tę część krótko i niech zdjęcia zrobić większą część rozmowy. Mieliśmy świetny rok w zeszłym roku z fantastyczny czas w domu na wsi w Polsce. Pogoda była naprawdę dobra, w latach 30. do 40s C do 6 tygodni stałe. Masz świetny użytek z basenu, ale udało się wypadek z piłą łańcuchową i dostał paskudny ranę na ręku, która nadal jest uzdrowienie. Jo i mam również z dala bez dzieci na tydzień w Chorwacji, Dubrownik. Mój tata i jego żona podeszła do sierpnia i zatrzymaliśmy się na kilka Rugby World Cup gry. Poszliśmy do Włoch i Francji / NZ / Gruzji, gdzie miałem przyjaciół z Austrii spotkać się z. Jos Mama podeszła do Bożego Narodzenia, a moja mama udało latający visist również. W sumie to bardzo pracowity rok. W tym roku będzie tak zajęty, jak mam dużo zaplanowane na 40.. Wiem . I dont dziennie ovr 39 !!. Brak zmian w sytuacji zawodowej i zakończył ostatni remont w kuchni i ogrodzie. Bliźniacy zaczęli szkołę we wrześniu i garść. Zoe robi balet i Jakob robi rugby w soboty. Ive rozpoczął szkolenie w zakresie rugby i nadzieję paly dla zespołu lokalne seniorów, ale o pewne problemy z mięśni łydki, za stary na skrzydła !!! Jeśli Brad Thorn może to zrobić ..... Mieliśmy pierwszy śnieg tego roku na weekend i jego -3 jak to piszę. Wybierasz się do Austrii w 6 tygodni, aby uczyć dzieci i Jo, jak na nartach. Tak źle pisać jakiś pic po tym. Każdy sposób, mam nadzieję usłyszeć od ciebie i czekamy na wszelkie odpowiedzi. Mam nadzieję, że wszystko jest dobrze, a te, na południu są korzystających latem.

Hi Steve and Jo, great to hear from you. You have been busy. I will be in London for a few days from 6- 9 August. Hole to ha e time to say hello, if you are home byt I will be travelking with a friend and not sure what our plans are yet.
