All my bags are packed...I'm ready to go...

So the tickets been booked, the leaves approved and my bags are packed...well they will be the night before I leave anyway! I am heading off on another crazy adventure and I wanted to have a place to share what I am up to (that isn't facebook) for my memories and to show those I care about where I am and what I am doing. I want to try to keep this off facebook as much as possible



This time I'm headed to New Zealand where my APBA family have already planned out quite the adventure week for me - from toobing to white water rafting to hiking and, I am sure, some well spent time catching up on the dance floor...I can't think of a better way to start my holiday - thank you guys for looking out for me and showing me your home :-)



Then it is off to another one of my bucket list items - Mardi Gras in New Orleans...amazing opportunity I just couldn't say no to!! There isn't much to say about this other than my head will be sore, my feet won't be able to stop dancing and it will be the experience of a lifetime...only to be topped by...



That's right it is another bucket list item!! I am hiking to Everest Base Camp - my friend Sonia will be meeting me in Nepal and we will try to make it to the bottom of the top of the world. We have spent the last couple of months trying our best to get ready and hike as much as possible but we won't know how we will go until we get there. There won't be much internet access for me on the mountain but I will be sure to update the blog once I'm back in Kathmandu before I head off to hike the Annapurna Circuit



Then it will be time to head home and back to reality - that feels a long way away right now but I know this trip will fly by!



I am so blessed and lucky to have these opportunities...and I am sure it will be hard to come home and go back to work at the end of it all...I hope you ll will enjoy watching my adventures - fell free to comment and keep in contact with me!!
