So it begins

Dad collected us at 2:30 and we dropped the wedding photos off to the in laws then went into town! Got the 3 pm bus that took 35 mins to get to heading ton round about! Joy! We arrived at the airport an hour too early to check in so decided the pub was a good plan!! Until we were told the price!! Finally our check in desk appeared and off we went! Tried for a cheeky upgrade but plane full!
Mooches in the airport for a bit then went for lovely meal paid by for corporate traveller at Gordon Ramsey's plane food! Very nice food! I had a butter chicken curry Andy had surprise surprise the burger - we both had the chocolate tart with pistachio ice cream - nom!
Managed about 7 hours sleep on the plane which was good!
Landed in Singapore and told had to reboard in 30 mins!
Andy of course headed straight for the smoking room and came out a stinky smelly smoky pants! I decided it would be good fun to have a go on the foot massager and a young girl from the phillipenes joined me shortly afterwards - she had been to England last year and is going to Melbourne to try to become a nurse and hopefully stay in Australia for up to 2 years! She suggested a couple of places to go in Melbourne so that'll be worth a look! About to get back on the plane now so be back soon......
So we landed in Oz and the passport control is even more complicated than home! We had to declare any meds etc so we got sniffed by a gorgeous chocolate lab! ❤️
We then went through to the front and found Reggy our driver who comes from chipping Norton! No not in England in Sydney so he started calling me cousin Claire! Got on to subject of beer and cars - we told him to check out hobgoblin, text dad he reminded us of dogs boll*cks!! So Reggy then said oh you shoulda brought Uncle Neil out here too! He's going home to check it all out online and order Afraid of the Dark t-shirts! He has 3 muscle cars in the garage too! Top bloke!
We are now in hotel and been given all sorts of honeymoon extras! Good times! Xxx
