Bike Tour
Here we all are - somewhere in Paris, can you tell me what that big thing in the background is?First day in Paris! A public holiday so little traffic, but lots of people in the parks and gardens. Arrived safely at CDG after about 24 hours in planes and airports. Can recommend the Boeing 777 (Sydney-Singapore), even better than the A380 (Singapore-Paris).
A public holiday today, so little traffic but many people out in the parks and gardens. Visited le Jardin des Plantes where we saw our first animals in an enclosure there - wallabies!
We did a cycle tour from La Tour Eiffel to le Louvre and back. Fantastic sunny weather - many of us were sunburned, though it was cool (about 15 Celsius). Great day!

Fat Bike Tour
I would highly recommend the Fat Bike Tour of Paris to anyone, young or old. It is a wonderful 3.5. hours of riding at a very leisurely pace around the main sites of Paris. The guide is knowledgeable and fun and the tour is an excellent introduction to Paris. Amusez-vous!
