Day 3:
We took our time to get up today. The trek today was mostly down, not many views. There is a small pass to scale but nothing much. We meet some school children on the way. They were very interested in our names, in French, so I practiced the few words of French I know. Then we met a lamb who wanted to follow us home. It was so cute. We had another 1hr+ lunch by the river before heading back to Imlil. Our guide had mostly abandoned us to you to nearby town while we waited for lunch to be cooked. It's OK to go run your errands while we wait for lunch but at least he could have informed us instead of sneaking out and leaving us with mule driver who barely understood us. He was really nice though, making sure we were in sun all the time.
In Imlil we did a bunch of shopping, some wanted some unwanted. Back at guide's house they greeted us with nice crisp paratha type thing and of course tea. There we met 2 other Spanish tourists and I got to speak even more Spanish. Who would have thought of all the places I will need Spanish in Morocco!
Dinner was Moroccan soup with boiled vegetables and fried potatoes.

Day 4:
Finally it's time to leave the mountain "resort" with great views to go back to crowded Marrakech. I wanted to skip breakfast, but then they came with parathas, how could I refuse. Food was just so amazing there. Our guide Hussain overall seemed uninterested, could be because of initial mixup he was not prepared to go, or language barrier or something else, but communication and on the tour service was just OK. His awesome family and comfortable stay at their place for a reasonable price made up for it completely.
In Marrakech we checked into our hotel. First order of business was hot shower, and then lunch. We ate at a cafe in the square. The food in and around the square is terrible. The service is bad and they seemed aggressive for tips. Don't eat there. There are much better places with much better food and overall experience in one of the small lanes. In the evening we got some nice tomato-onion paratha from one of the lanes next to cafe France. We also got nice sweets in the same lane. Then all that was left was to spend the remaining money on useful and useless things.
Off to Zurich tomorrow.
