I have been kept pretty quiet for the last 3 weeks by a nasty cold/flu bug which has kept me indoors doing very little - except coughing and falling asleep. So we decided that as Alex had a day off yesterday, a dose of sea air was in order. Here are the pictures.

Where are you Carrie and Alex?
the beach looks beautiful but isolated. Were you the only ones there? I like the boradwalk too. I hope that you are feeling better now, Carrie. :)
