We are in Hoi An and it's amazing we are loving it so much we have already changed our flights so we are staying 4 nights instead of 2. Our hotel is right in the river side and we have a pool literally over looking the river, just what we needed after a week or so of exploring especially for me as I'm suffering with migraines at the moment so this break was much needed. I'm writing this entry sat around the pool where no one else is here so we have it all to ourselves, perfection!

Yesterday was our first day here, we got here about 2.30pm, we paid for a taxi to bring us here and he stopped along the way a letting us take pictures at amazing view points. And told us a little about some of the history including showing us the American air base here from the war time. We also stopped at a place called Marble Mountain with loads of beautiful statues, tables, chairs and souvenirs. We have seen so much stuff over the last month that we would love to buy for when we are home but obviously can't fit it in our bags, just means another trip back to Asia ;-)

As soon as we got to Hoi An we knew we loved it, our friends Alex and Matt had already been here and said in their blog it reminded them a bit of Pai and we totally agree with them, it's calm and chilled out just like Pai with some really cool bars and restaurants. We found a bar with some amazing cocktails last night including a pineapple dacquiri (yum!!). We've already got a favourite restaurant too called Al Frescos the food is amazing!! We actually ended up having lunch and dinner there lol.

That's all for now guys will update you on our Hoi An adventures soon

Lots of love B&K xxxxx
