loaded up and ready to go.Hello world,
Back on the road again…..or better put,back on the water. Currently sitting on the Fred Olsen ferry which is just about to leave Morro Jable in fuerteventura.
The final destination is Barcelona but that is many Km away and nearly two weeks in the future. This trip is going to take me and my Mother Ship from fuerteventura to Las Palmas and then on to Tenerife before Arriving in Huelva on the mainland Spain. A quick dash up to Northern Spain and the Picos de Europa and then through the Pyrenees and down to Valencia and Barcelona.
Any coments , thoughts and observations are welcome .
I would like to say a thank you to the people who in their own way make it possible for me to undertake a trip like this.
At the top of the list are Sara and Nico who have both been a great support as I planned and organized the trip.To Ian who ferried me around on the last day before leaving.To Gina for my Trip mascot and all the guests and friends who wished me well.

My travelling companion. I might get around to listing the total contents of the Panniers on the Goldwing at some stage but suffice to say that the Kitchen sink is not coming with me.
It is currently 26 degrees and blue skies as the boat heads out from the harbor. It is windy and although it is calm here I can be sure that between the islands it will be much rougher.
On arrival in Las Palmas I shall head to the hotel and after checking in go out and get something to eat and a couple of cold beers.It will be an early night because the ferry to Huelva leaves at 07.30 in the morning.
