Hollywood, Beverley Hills & Santa Monica

So today we visited Hollywood, Beverley Hills, Santa Monica plus other areas. We took a hop-on and hop-off sight-seeing bus which was great.

Hollywood is a bit of a tip, especially compared with with Beverley Hills and Santa Monica. We wandered up and down the Hollywood walk of fame looking at the stars set into the pavement (sidewalk) - there is a photo of the Jimi Hendrix star associated with this blog entry. There is also a photo of Arnold Schwarzenegger's hand and foot prints that are set into the concrete outside of the famous Chinese Theatre.

Yesterday when I posted the blog entry I forgot to include a photo of me with our yellow and black hire car. It certainly has a bit of poke about it, although I think I prefer our Nissan Qashqai.

The weather was a bit cloudy this morning; however that was followed by blue sky this afternoon which was nice.

We haven't spotted any celebrities yet, although a guy on our flight over did look a little bit like Louis Theroux (not sure if that counts).

We're leaving los Angeles tomorrow and heading up the coast to Santa Barbara.

Yorkshire hols
We were on Ilkley Moor yesterday, dad has a friend, from his twenties that lives there. Sun was shining Becca and myself a little pink. Cloudy today, maybe do Howard castle. 9.39 BST

Well what can I say, the pictures look good, and it's good you are enjoying your first few days in the USA, Ash that Bugatti would be the same rental per day as your holiday, but none the less very nice, I'm glad the weather is good, but I have to say its great here to which makes a change 20+ everyday. Jess loves your pictures and is keeping track also, so have a great time and look forward to more pictures
