Day at sea

Holland America cruise line







Tonight is a formal night, Terry and I are dressing up and hopefully looking forward to steak and lobster; show at 7, dinner at 8 and anniversary bal at 10:30.







A typical day at sea for moi is as follow:



7:45 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice



8 am tai chi



8:30 Terry joins me for breakfast( I have Muesli and apples with apricots and coffee)



9 aquafit



9:30-11 I talked with a lady from Vancouver in the pool



11 part II of the Panama canal lesson



12 lunch with Terry( I had garlic spaghetti and Ceasar salad and cold tea)



1 Trivia in the crows nest, level 12- we have won 5 pins



Break



3:30 to 5 talk by the captain: Albert Scheelsbook? 140 years, the history of Holland America



5 tai chi



6 drinks and appetizers in our room



7 tonight- show



8 dinner



10:30 140 bal for the anniversary







Tomorrow we transit the Panama Canal- Panama Time????



7-8:25 Gatun Locks



11:20 Gamboa



12:50-1:30 Pedro Miguel Locks



2:55-3:55 Miraflores Locks*







* there is a camera at Miraflores Locks shooting the front of approaching ships and also of leaving ships at a web site called Panama Canal….(web view)…..?







off to dressing(Terry is ready) show in 14 minutes



we now have Internet on the ship
