Have been rather spoilt with Nigel, our friend. Amazing sea food. Nat, his friend is Thai and has taken me to local markets, up to Bangkok for sightseeing and doing a little shopping. Went for a swim today in an empty pool on the new developemnt the Nigel has bought a house.
Me, the worst cook ever, has been teaching Nat to make quiches and oat biscuits, much to Nigel's enjoyment. No allowed o show him much else as Nigel says he will put on too much weight!

I write from a cold and grey Curry Rivel - your photos are so bright and warm. Even though home probably seems a long way off -ENJOY - such a short time in the scheme of things, but will provide so many interesting memories. 21 hours on a train - wow-! l love trains, but probably Taunton to Paddington is my idea of a train journey!!! I am sure it has been good to see a friend - Nigel - someone to show you Bangkok - which I believe is an amazing city - can't wait for your talk at W.I.!!!!! Keep blogging. Phyllis
