There was no meandering or slowly easing ourselves back to our home. We did opt to spend our last night near Sarnia at the same campground where we spent the first night of this trip.
Lizzie was always happy to go on a trip but she was also always happy to come home. This time was no exception and when we arrived home she was happy to see her own backyard and the neighbor’s dog. She was 16 ½ years old and had been with us for 10 years. We had many adventures with her and she added to the fun. Her previous owner told us she liked to go for car rides. Since being with us she certainly had some amazing rides. She was well loved and well traveled and is missed more than words can say.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed your blog, I feel that I took the trip to places we probably will never fo. Thank You! Sorry to hear about Lizzie, only a dog owner can feel your sorrow. But you took her to great places and Lots of "Rides"
