So good to cool down.Well, I'm sitting in a little coffee bar hiding from the heat and, hopefully, sending the first blog from Dubrovnik.
The trip over here was pretty good although I didn't sleep much at all, so arrived really stuffed but pleased to be here.
We arrived in very high temperatures and that has remained the case for the last couple of days. Night time temps are high so sleeping can be a bit hard, but that may be because if the trip. We have made some good progress on getting the boat ready for the water. Boy is it hard work. BUT!!! There is the compensation of the surrounds in the Marina here. Fantastic swimming pool and great vacilities. So up at 6 and into the work so that it isn't to hot then when we are to hot to carry on, about 11, we head to the pool to cool off. Fantastic as you can just sit in the water and watch the comings and goings of the boats. Boats, there are some unbelievable boats, the money involved must be unreal. So that is it in a very brief discription but the photos tell a lot I hope. We

Lunch on the boat. A bit of a relaxation time. Just so hot though the middle of the day. haven't even left the Marina to go into the city as we don't finish prep until lat and then we are to stuffed. Can't wait to get the boat on the water and be on the move.

Golly gosh. The pool looks amazing---- the boat small but cute. This is going to be an amazing adventure. Cant wait to join you guys. It looks as though you are not going hungry!! Enjoy yourselves. Luv Ya xxxxxxxx
