Settling into Rio...

Hey everyone!

Rio is going great. The gang is almost complete. At the apartment we now have Orlagh, Dave, Kev, Emma, Peter and Harry. Rudi is arriving tomorrow and Rory and Jessie on Wednesday. Just sitting down to pizza and beer.



Left some photos of the last few days, the stag/hen was in Rio Scenarium, a Brazilian Bar in Lapa, Rio. Its a bit like Temple Bar only alot less messy.

IpanemaBeach
We are close to both Copacabana and Ipamema beaches. The general consensus is Ipanema is better during the day (the sun stays out longer) and Copacabana is better at night (theres bars and markets all along the strip)

Kevin Costner
Our beer man on the beach, Mineiro, calls Kev Kevin Costner. The resemblence is uncanny.

At Rio Scenarium. This was the best of 3 pictures! They put buckets of beer on your table. You get a card and they mark off your drinks and you pay on the way out. Dangerous.
