Well we have had a busy week. Granny and John Movie came to see us in Mylestom. It was great to see them. We really missed them. We went fishing and swimming in the rock pools, Tabitinka (indoor kids play centre), and the bowls club for dinner. They helped us pack up and we headed for Umina. It took a long time to get there. 6 hours (I think dad took the wrong exit.) We stayed at the big 4 caravan park. It was PACKED!!! They had all these kids activities to do like painting statues, sand painting, kids trivia, treasure hunt and they had a great pool with a slide in it. It was really fun, especially going down backwards on your stomach. Granny took me to bingo. She had to show me how to do it. It was fun. Granny met the people across the road. They had kids and they became my friends. I met some other kids at the trivia thing too. They were good.

The beach there was really beautiful but the waves were a little bit small. We visited dad's friends Amanda, Matt and Georgie (and Crunchie the dog). We had a great time. They took us to Haven beach. Mum fell off the rocks and grazed her arm. She pretended it didn't hurt. Mum was excited because she saw some guy called Matt Shevington. (She said to tell you that he had board shorts on). We had fresh oysters, Thai and a great night. The next day they took us to North Avoca and Avoca for lunch. A man got attacked by a shark! That's scary!

New Year's Eve was fun. WE all stayed up till midnight. Mum carried me to the beach to watch the fireworks.

The next day we went to Pearl Beach. It was LOVELY!!!! we swam and swam and swam. Mum took some pictures of us climbing the bluffs and exploring the rock pools. It was James' birthday. He got a bike, I painted a Spyro for him and Granny and John gave him a Play school CD. He is really good on his bike. Granny and John went home but we will see them soon.

Next stop is Tuncurry.

Bye

Billy Flynn
