I'm sure you are wondering about the out-house and I promise to get to that point eventually...

The day started with a gorgeous sunrise and coffee. It was just chilly enough to require a light jacket. The team met up in the general dining room for breakfast, which was amazing...thanks Sindi! A few of us cleaned up a bit and then made sandwiches to have at today's destination...Puesto Paz. So, today 13 of us had only 1 truck to get to our location, so guess what is not illegal in Bolivia...7 people riding in the bed of the truck. See that wasn't nearly as funny to you because you do not realize that the red dust is like baby powder and winter time in Bolivia means windy time in Bolivia. Put that together and what do you have...7 people that look like they just had a bad spray tan. Pictures included!

There is an Ayore church conference going on for the next three days at Puesto Paz. The Indians are gathering in this location and traveling up to 10 hours to attend. While in conference our women's team are "childcare providers/entertainment party"...haha! The kids are amazing by the way. So loving, so sweet and of course, soooo mischeivous! You must see all the great pics we took of them today. We sang, colored, did face painting and field day games. We all had such a great time and can't wait to go back tomorrow and spend more time with them.

Ok, so yes the village of Puesto Paz has just one facility and it is indeed an out-house. If you do not know what this entails consider yourself lucky. I thought long and hard about other possible options but there were none that would not have been both compromising to me and offensive to others. Suzy and Brenda (I know why do women always go to the bathroom together-even in 3rd world countries) talked me through it...no kidding it is kind of confusing. Anyway for those who care...I succeeded!
