Our secret secluded beach in Baja.
In 4 months we traveled....

18,000 + Miles

3 Countries (US, Mexico, and Canada)

35 States

2 Provinces

9 Estados

10 United States National Parks/Monuments

109 Total Days of Traveling

2 Nights in a Hostel

16 Nights Camping

24 Nights in a Hotel

6 Nights in a Time Share graciously provided by Uncle Bob

That makes 61 (67 if we include the wonderful Timeshare) nights we stayed with friends and family throughout our trip. We could not have done this amazing adventure without you all. Thank you soooooooooo much for all of your hospitality and care. The sights were fun, but spending time with all of you was definitely the best part. Marisa and I absolutely loved every minute we spent with all of you in your hometowns, which brings me to my final thought. Happiness.

It seems as though in today's crazy fast paced world, we often think, "if only we had a bigger house like the Jones'" or "I wish we lived in Tahiti on a beach all the time". I know it sounds cleche' but it became so clear along our travels that true happiness

is all around us wherever we are. It just takes a little effort and energy for people to look and find it. Many people have asked us where our favorite place has been. Was it the beaches in Florida? Maybe the colonial towns of Mexico? How about the big cities, New York or Chicago? For me, this question cannot be answered. Sure, we loved the nightlife in Austin, and sure the landscape of Arches was beautiful, but to say that one place was better than another, to me, simply cannot be said. I loved them all. And I loved them all, because I was able to share them with the love of my life. Wherever we went, I knew, that we would have the time of our lives, no matter what, because we were together. Actually, I can answer that guestion. Where is my favorite place? Everywhere, as long as Marisa is with me. I know, I know, I know, can this guy get any cheesier (and if you've been reading these blogs, you know that I actually can), but it is the truth. For me, happiness can be found in one simple look, with one simple touch, or with

one simple time together with my wife. Marisa, you are the love of my life. I cannot express to you in words the amount of joy, love, and happiness I have experienced with you along this adventure. Thank you so much for marrying me and making me the happiest man wherever our journey takes us. I knew that my favorite place is with you.

I certainly hope you can all find your happiness, its not hard, just take a look around you. Make your home, your town, your place, your favorite and happiness will no doubt over take you. Its has over taken me, and I thank Marisa everyday for it.

So much Aloha to everyone.

I hope you've enjoyed our travels.

If anyone would like any advise on any of the places we went, feel more than welcome to email. I would love to help out.

Enjoy everyday,

Love and Aloha,
Josh
