Last stop on my tour and the place I had nightmares about after news reports of the shootings here. There isn't a problem in Mexico City and the very visible policing is reassuring. The ancient pyramids are amazingly well preserved, quite a hike to get up the largest of them, the Sun pyramid. Food here is great - well Mexican food is my favourite. Never eaten cactus before, tastes a bit like a gherkin. Loads of tasty street food, markets, churches (a very catholic country) and interesting monuments. Very friendly people.

I spent Xmas in Westin Regina in Puerto Vallarta. The staff would bend over backwards to help us out. Really had a good time just like you did, felt like home. Felicity- Flights Cancun - Mexico Destinations

As a Mexican myself, I recommend traveling to Oaxaca, Tlaxcala, or Yucatan to the Chitzen Itza, which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Felicity- Costa Alegre Deals
