But that is not the news of the day. Bao reinjured himself. Yes Bao somehow hit the injury above his eye again and once again, so much blood. We no longer have illusions of no scarring. Somehow, it stopped bleeding pretty quickly so we are thankful for that. Still, I wish I could literally keep him strapped in the stroller for the next 4 days. Hmm...could I? As I write this, he has placed his head and much of his torso in the better part of the rattan hamper in our room. And this, just after the safety first talk. Aarggh....Have I told you that we love our hotel? We finally were here when they had happy hour. Had the place just about to ourselves, which was fortunate as these guys were playing house under the buffet table for much of the time, gleefully scaring passersby, who naturally didn't expect to see a couple of toddlers in such a place. Yikes, how did Bao just climb into his crib by himself??!!!

Badges of Courage
Just remember, they are not scars, they are badges of courage and life! Jake still has many of his scars. I especially like the one where he ran his tricylce into a trailer hitch and put a good gash in his leg. Stopped bleeding so I thought he would be fine. After it healed up we noticed it had a black color to it. The only thing I can think of is that there is grease from the ball hitch still inside his leg! He is 14 and it still shows a little black! He is going to have to come up with a better story to tell his first girlfriend, somthing like - I was on my motorcyle and then..........
