Moving hotels again
We left our hotel the green man with its 14centary building housing the bar, restaurant and reception and move on to our new hotel for the next two nights.
Before leaving we sent more emails trying to get info for our insurance company on the accommodation that we lost in Canada as they still have not got back to us. We also email BA again about the duty of care for us that they have not been providing and then sent a complaint email to the regularity authority about them not meeting their requirements under EU law. It is one thing being stuck for 17 days but we should not have to spend all our time trying to get our money back for it. I am very disappointed with the response I am getting from the airlines and my on booked accommodation. With the accommodation I do not want a refund or anything from them all I need is them to provide an email with what cost of the accommodation as required by our insurance how hard can that be?

Getting refunds can be a very frustrating experience, recently I booked my Malaysia accommodation online and had to cancel it, but luckily I was refunded promptly minus a small fee.
