Road to MacetownThis guy hurriedly overtook us all, we came round the corner and found them stuck - oh dear! how sad
MacetownFruit trees planted by the original miners are still producing - yummy apples!
MacetownThe lost twin of thriving Arrowtown - abandoned gold mining town established in 1862. Two buildings have been restored. Fruit trees still produce, and daffodils flower here in spring delineating long lost gardens and paths.
great photos And it was also great to see you back in town briefly. You both look great, and as the old song says "you'll live so long you'll wish you were dead". What bloody old song? I hear the Bishop say. Well, of course, "with black strap molasses an a wheat germ bread". Don't worry about it, before youre time, or yours Cathy anyway. Kindest regards.
