well what a day !!! i was awake at 5am after being woke by the laughing koogaburras, they make a noise like a laughing chimp ..... extreeeeemly noisy, anyway I was listening to my ipod when there was a blood curding scream in the dorm, a gecko had falled off the wall and landed on a girls head when she was asleep - then it ran over her face !!!! well you can imagine the chaos that ensued !!!! we saw him back on the wall.

I was up and out by 6.30am i went for a stroll along the beach after breakfast and then decided to go on an island tour. The guy was really funny, only 3 of us on a yellow truck and he took us all over the island, with lots of talles both tall and real !!! We saw wild wallabies and hand fed them, one of them had a joey in the pouch, and it must have been almost ready to come out as all of his uppe rbody and one leg was sticking out !!!

After the tour i had a light backpackers lunch ....... cereal

The it was show time !!!! a walk though the koala park on our resort, It was amazing I held a crock, kissed the aforemetioned crock, had a python wrapped around me, tickled the head of a hugt cockateal, and top of the shop......... I cuddled a koala !!!!!!!!!!! soooo cute.
It really was a fabulous 2 hours, learnt lot smore about the animals. And had the obligatory photo with the koala 😊

Then there was a mall parrott feeding extraviganza, about 100 of the cuteset colourfullest birds ever, lots of pictures taken.

dinner with the girls from my dorm, and a cuppa waiting for me now 😊

Ive been trying to book a flight on a 3 seater sea plane called red barron but it costs $450 dollars for 2 people and i cant find anyone to share the cost with me 😞

Wow!
Hi Karen been looking at your blog obviously!! It sounds amazing not sure about all the insects Was laughing when i was reading about your backwards and forwards when setting up camp still not organised eh!
