Shimshal is the remotest area of the Hunza Valley, near the Chinese border, remotest valley in the entire Karakoram, located on three hours driving distance from the Karakoram Highway 53km jeep road (accessible for the first time in October 2003 by jeep). It is only accessible through a narrow, barrow gorge across the Passu area and Hunza River. Shimshal covers the largest territory of the Gojal of the Hunza. From its western reaches border by the Hunza River, its area extends as far as Baltistan to the East and it northern Khunjerap River, demarcates the frontier with China.
MANGLIK SAR 6050M:
On this trek to Shimshal Pamir, there is option to climb the Manglik SAR 6050m or other two peaks around or who do not want to make the summit can trek around or to Shuwerth. Here we take you for the ascent of a 6,050 m trekking Peak. It is an easy trekking peak does not required technical things just to needs to travel the team in roped. It is one day climb normally with 1500M ascent and 1500 descent. It is safe and easy climbing, can
take a good and physical fit trekker to the top of this peak. This is a popular and easy to access 6000M peak. To climb this peak you need snow shoes, gaiters, harness and rope.
There are two other peaks just near below 5500M, Kuz Sar and Lup Zhui Sar also in one day can climb using same base camp of Mangalik Sar.

Day-01: Arrival to Islamabad airport, meet with our guide and transfer to hotel, in the rest of time sightseeing of Islamabad, visit to Fasal Mosque, markets as well as Look versa museum, overnight at hotel
Day-02: Drive to Chilas 12-14 hours on Karakoram Highway, make several stops at view points and for lunch and tea , enjoy of the landscape and Indus River, overnight at hotel
Day-03: Drive to Karimabad (Hunza) over night at hotel
Day-04: Day free at Karimabad visit Bazzar and walk around Karimabad overnight at hotel.

Day-06: Trek to Wuch Furzeen (3365m) 7-8 hours and15.1km distance with685 ascent, 320 descent / camp and overnight at the tent. Follow the Shimshal River East true bank and cross the Michel Bridge. Day-11: Trek to Zardgarben (4075m) 8-10 hours 15.6km ascent and 1285m descent, overnight at the tent
Day-12: Trek to Shimshal village 2-3 hours and then drive to Gulmit or Passu overnight at hotel
Day-13: Drive to Chilas 7-8 hrs, via Gilgit, overnight hotel
Day-14: Drive to Islamabad via Babu SAR Pass 11-13 hrs overnight at hotel
Day-15: Departure from Islamabad (drop to the airport)

A good new heard in mountaineering fertility Pakistan's on of the largest media outlet business recorder group news channel aaj tv launch its expedition for manglik sar in next month. It's first expedition by any media organization and a giant step for alpinism in Pakistan. Expedition details r not yet revealed by organization
