it's our last leg@LA and today we visited CSULA or California State university LA to have a chat with their Prof ...it was a fruitful trip tho' we were lost as we missed the turning to go up onto freeway 710 from 55...however, all is not lost as when we reached the campus, we were wowed by the warm reception and also the prepn they have taken to help us understand more about the IT structure n Instructional Designs done by their teacher trainees. Of course, a signature trade-mark of the campus was the Golden Eagle and we manage to capture a screen shot of that!

I'm into my last day of driving..and here u would c me in my friend's miata...a cool neat convertible that is 10 yrs old and she got it for US$5K...a price we would never get in Singapore.....*grin...i told her she helped me fulfill my dream of driving a convertible...

also, at certain sections of the freeway, i manage to hit the 80 miles per hour *grin...and must say that the road holding of the car was really good.

have fun..and sayonara..we are into twenty hours of flight..yep..that's right...12 from LA to Tokyo

Dear Pin Lay, Thank you for sending the link to your Blog - it was so fun to read! We enjoyed the visit with your and Ang Wee Ling to Cal State LA so much. It was facinating to see all of the things you are doing at the Nanyang Girl's High School. We are looking forward to future collaborations.
