Friday morning we were up early, packed our suitcases and went to church at 9 a.m. Dr. Loftis spoke through an interperter and then after a quick brunch, we headed to Malumghat.

I wish I could discribe the traffic. For three hours we wove in and out and around rickshaws, baby taxies, busses and misc. vehicles. It would be nerve racking if we had to drive ourselves. But we made it all in one piece without any scratches on the car.

Rich always uses the joke about the preacher who dreamt he was preaching to his people and woke up and he was. That was how he felt when he spoke that evening.

It was good to crawl into bed at 9. However we both awoke at 3 am and couldn't go back to sleep. Rich got up and studied and then after a quick cold shower we had breakfast, another session, lunch and now we are getting ready for another session.

Tonight the women and men will separate. Since the theme is The Sacred Romance:Looking toward heaven, we are going to do the traditional night before the wedding parties. I'll do my devotional along with Jo Beth Loftis and then we will do our nails, and some henna painting and who knows what all. Sounds fun.

Once again, thanks! to the Encore Class for the gift bags. They are all excited as we dress in the traditional wedding attire. I'll try to get some pictures up tomorrow.

Thanks for the update and the great pictures. Hard to imagine being there. Know Pastor's preaching will be very much loved and appreciated. So glad you could go minister to these dear missionaries. We are praying for you.

Missing you
Hey! Good to see the pictures and hear of your travels. Pastor Dave had a great message this morning and the choir was inspiring ("When the roll is called up yonder") but we will be glad to have you back with us! We are praying for you. Love you, Virgil & Sandy
