Andes
View of the Andes on Santiago to BA flight. They go on forever... So, after a bumpy flight into Santiago, a brief stop over there and a short flight to B.A, we´ve landed safely.
Initial impressions after 2 days; BA is MASSIVE but approachable. People are generally pretty friendly and forgiving of our lack of Espanol. It feels very European.
We have visited Casa Rosada (The Pink Palce) where Evita Peron did her thing and a few other local churches and bits and pieces (see pictures).
Yesterday we decided to take a Spanish course here in BA, so will be here for another two weeks. Hopefully this should enable us to communicate a little for the remianing 5 months...
Ciao
