Day 16, Friday Jan 8 - Koh Pha-Ngan
We are now in Koh Pha-Ngan. Left Koh Samui around 4:00 pm on late afternoon of Day 15 and we did not get to our hotel until around 6:00 pm. Once we boarded the ferry, about 1 minute later, it began pouring rain. Most of the other people were soaking wet. I met three guys from Alaska who were backpacking through Southeast Asia. It was very interesting talking to them about where they had been and where they are headed next. I also met a guy from California traveling alone.
Today, we woke up around 7:30 am. Had breakfast at our hotel and headed out visit a nice beach called Haad Salad at the northwest side of the island. Very pretty beach. Then, we took a longtail boat over to Koh Ma, a small island off Koh Pha-Ngan. It's good for snorkeling area. Ken snorkeled there and he said that he saw lots for corel and many colorful fish.. We had a couple of drinks there and headed back to Haad Rin where our hotel is located. Went for walk on Haad Rin beach which is famous for the full moon
party.
They are having a half moon party tonight, but it is on the different beach. I think we are too old for the party. So we problably going out have some dinner and head to bed.
Tomorrow, we will just hang out, sit by the pool and relax.
Sunday, we will go to our tour where we had booked today. We will visit a couple island called Koh Tao & Koh Nang Yuan to do some more snorkeling...

Please don't have so much fun, try to contain yourself out there. I'm so jealous what a life....hehehe....see you when you get back. Tishco and I are just wonderful. we garden and hung out in the backyard and then we went for a walk in the Florida Canyon. (What a cruisy place...hmmmmmmmm :)
