It's almost over but we're having even more fun than when we started. I'm so happy to be able to drink the tap water!!!! On the plane from Marrakesh (what a gong show) Norah was counting down how many days until we go to Canada. Last night we told her it was onlt 2 sleeps and she said "that's not enough time!!!!". I think that's a good sign. Amsterdam is a perfect way to end the trip. The hotel is excellent. Quiet, helpful, warm pool, huge breakfast. Perfect. We have been walking around with the stroller so it's nice not having to carry the kids. We rented bikes yesterday and had an amazing time. The kids got to sit on seats in the back and were happy as clams. We went to the Van Gohn museum. Starry night was very cool. Then we went around a huge park to a great playground so the kids could burn off some energy. We even had a beer while watching. We need to improve things at home!

Huge Indonesian dinner last night and a big walk this morning.

I'll add some photos when I get home. I sure hope gramps remmembers to pick us up tomorrow!!!!

Dank u! Kom nu naar huis!
So ... from gong show to bong show .... LOL, couldn't resist! Well, Vancouver has decided to lay out its absolutely best weather for your return. Temps in the high teens and maybe even up to 20 on Monday, wow. We've been doing the "next week this time the Bergs will be back" thing for the last few days now. Better get those planners out so we can schedule a marathon information session. This time we'll bring the food and you can supply the night's stories and photos. Enjoy Amsterdam, make sure your bags don't have "oregano crumbs" in the bottom (those Canadian sniffer dogs are deadly!), and have a safe flight back. Can't wait to see you.
