Today was filled with errands. I had an advisor meeting to make my schedule, which unfortunately was a little messed up. But I am on the waiting list for the class I wanted to be in, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I shopped some more in Rome and got expensive school supplies. It doesn’t seem like Italians know about Staples or an Office Depot. I also got a sketch book, so hopefully I will do some drawing in Rome, even though my art class got canceled. I bought a book in Italian, PS. I love you. I figured reading it might help increase my vocab. Guess I’ll find out. For this whole week, I have Italian class for two and a half hours. It’s a lot but I need to brush up on my Italian. Later that night, my roommates and I were talking to our Italian Student Companion and showing her all the clothes we have and asking if they looked Italian or American. It was interesting to see an Italian’s perspective. Apparently, I have a lot of Italian style clothes.

Also, today while going to get the school supplies, Al and I walked through Largo Argentina, which has some ruins in the middle of the center. Apparently, these ruins have become a cat sanctuary. We saw at least over 12 different cats!

You bought P.S. I Love You in Italian?! ... bring it back so I can look through it, wishing I could read it!
