Hello!
Woke up with fuzzy heads this morning but was a great night so worth it - unfortunately our new group of 6 has now gone down to 3 as Jessica, Luke and Apple are staying in Nelson for a few more days - Scott gets stuck with us for the 3rd day running (he loves it!) Left Nelson and headed to Westport stopping off at Nelson Lakes National Park where we threw ourselves off the jetty into the ICE cold lake - certainly sorted the hangover out I'd recommend it to everyone! Little did we know that there were Eels in the lake otherwise I would so not have jumped in although Libby is much braver and still would have! Beautiful scenery and the sun shining made it so much better (how's the snow? - loved the snowmen pics Neil and karen!)
Drove on to Westport via Buller River where we went Jetboating which was brilliant - check out the attractive gear! The 360 degree spins got us a tad wet - typical scotsman driving the boat! Arrived in Westport at 6.30pm staying at Bazils hostel, upgraded to twin room as there were no dorms left to accomodate both
of us - Brucey Bonus ; )
Tomorrow night we attend the Poo Pub Party which is basically a pub in the middle of nowhere by a lake which is run by the lovely 83 year old Les! Mad! Its a fancy dress theme and Cam has decided on Movie characters so we are going to get an early night and rack our brains!

I must say that you both look absolutely fabulous, in your jet boating gear spring 2009 must have collection lol. I can't believe you jumped into the freezing lake with eels I commend you. speak soon love hxox
