So, we took Grace & Jim to have a look at the block on Saturday - and would you believe it, we are up and out of the ground!

Most of the ground floor frame is up.

It is getting very exciting now there is something to actually see.

Flat scraped block.

Piles poured.

Drains in.

Hardcore base down.

Waffle slab formers and rebar delivered.

Preformers down, rebar in and shuttering ready.

Voila - slab down and frame on the way up.

Emma and Jim stood where the stairs will eventually be.
