Line of Ventures
Of course there were dealerships out there. On January 10, 2009 Darrel called and said that we were going to the bike show. Wide Open Bike show to be more specific. Show opens at 10am I have to work first but then away we go. Darrel brings his son Nicholas.
I was surprised that I kept running into people I knew. A lot from the American Legion Rider (ALR) group, some from Patriot Guard and then some from HOG. One guy walked up to me because we had chatted at the Central dealership once when I was there. I was getting hugs everywhere. People that know me know I am a hugger. “Marines hug”, that’s what one old jar head told my son the day he was presented his Eagle Scout badge. A truer statement has not ever been said.
Anyway there were some great bikes there. One of the ALR riders had his Navy bike there. But my favorite was the rat bike, with the rat. It wasn't a lot of bikes there.Here are the pics, enjoy.

I have seen this bike around. The guy really rides it. bike that I saw ridden there was in the parking lot when we got there and it had a for sale sign on it.
