Verrado

Winters are spent in Arizona, actually Verrado, a planned family community with schools and a central town square. We chose to have our 2nd home here because of the community. It is everything and more than we expected. We have made many friends and friends and family have visited. We enjoy some in the White Tank Mountains. The most ambitious hike was with our son, Marc, hiking Camelback in Scottsdale. We really enjoy our time here since it feels like we´re on vacation all the time! Our place is small with not much up keep. This leaves time for socializing, golf, fitness club, hikes and the constant sunshine!

White Tanks
These are natural pools of water in the white granite rock. The water collects during the rainy season and helps to sustain the wildlife.
