I know this thing is called travelblog and i also realise that i am still in Hornsby however I felt that now is as good a time as any to kick this thing off. So it is a travel blog and we are yet to fly out of this country but the Journey has really already commenced.

Routine for me was thrown out the window at 5pm last friday when i was officially unemployed. I had the work christmas party to wrap everything up and it was a pretty decent way to finish up 3 and a bit years of working for MIMS. The official party finished up at 5 but not even torrential rain could dampen our spirits (ignore the shit pun, didnt mean for that to happen). That party dragged on till well after 3am Saturday morning but that wasn't the end of the weekend. Jayphens 21st fell on the following night and it created a hangover that lasted for the next 3 days.

While Danielle continued on the responsible teacher thing for the last week of term, i happily started packing boxes and cleaning up 4 years of household build up, i can't believe how much we collected over the years. Thursday was the day of the big move, i enlisted the services of Camoes as i knew he was the most likely of all our mates to give up a day of their time lifting fridges/couches/etc. a 400km round journey and we were officially living in a hovel, shit absolutely everywhere without the normal comforts of club hornsby.

I wont update this again until we are out of the country but i thought you all should know that the adventure has begun.
