Hi All
Just a quick note to say that we are now back in the countryside, amongst the forests and the mountains. Since the last blog in New York we have been to Philadelphia and Washington DC. We have learnt how the US kicked our backsides in the 18th century (or at least Fiona has) and how it tore itself in two a few generations later.
We have just arrived on a small organic farm near Lexington, Virginia, in our new car! Where we'll be hard at work over the next two weeks.
We will send through a bigger update with photos later, we just wanted to let you know that we are still safe and well.

Told you Mike before you embarked for the States..about the Dollar,looking dire at present,compared to Euro..should covered yourself,convert Sterling into Euro,then convert that later stage to,US Dollar-still live, and L/earn..I know bad joke!..Glad you guys are having agreat experience out there...keep up the Blogs!
