We just got back from 5 day road trip. What a country! It is beautiful in rain or sunshine. Heather did all of the driving while I navigated. Think we made good team, except when we got lost in Belfast. The first day ended in Ballycastle, a little resort village where we met some great people. I'll upload photos with comments, and try to add more text later. We are in Dublin for the last weekend and hope to do all the touristy things we missed last week.

We got lost in Belfast. Took two hours to get out, but we saw lots of suburbs

The morning after the night before at Ballycastle, we ventured on long hikes and high bridges. Great way to clear the cobwebs

Our favourite drive was just outside of Belfast.

This was one of my favourite places in Ireland. Good hike that morning.

Sunny day
Everybody in Galway was enjoying the sun. Nice walk along river and harbour.

Ring
Yeah, bought the Irish ring. Galway produces them.

After asking many people, we finally found pub with traditional music.

This was one of my favourite places in Galway

Canadian Hot Tup
Not only was it hot, the views of city and harbour were lovely.

Theatre
It was a treat to get dressed up and go to the theatre. We could have spent more days in Galway

Spectacular scenery in rain and shine.

Ireland looks beautiful
Hi Teresa! Your photos are fabulous. Looks like you and Heather had a great time and did a lot every day. Breathtaking... I will make a trip to Ireland one day.
