With four days left in Paris we felt we should probably go see the Louvre. With the crowds it was a crazy maze of annoying tourists. One guy actually poked me in the back with his finger and asked me to move so he could take a photo of Madonna on the Rock. Poked me in the back, like a pool cue. Ridiculous. So I didn't move. Next thing I know I'm in a full on brawl right there with the Mona watching or smiling or smirking or whatever she does. Everyone in the entire Denon wing joined in. People were throwing their beer glasses and guards were freaking out. Luckily Robyn and I ducked out of there via the secret downstairs entrance (Thanks Dan Browne) before we could be officially charged with beginning the mass hysteria. But you have to look for it on the evening news tonight. Crazy.

Sounds like a close call! The Louvre can be a pretty tough joint. I think I read somewhere that when visiting the Louvre you should always pack a blade.
