This is our first trip to Ireland and we are taking our Grand-daughter Kayleigh with us. My mom and my niece Emily, are going too. I've spent the last few months researching the areas of Ireland we want to go to and have narrowed it down to County Clare, Cork, Kilkenny, & Waterford. Robert will be the driver and I will be the navigator in the mini van we have secured at the Dublin Airport. I've heard that the roads are narrow in some parts and was a bit leary of getting a mini van, but with five people going it seemed to be a necessity for us. When we get to Kilkenny, we will contact some distant relatives who my mom met on the internet while doing some geneological research a couple years ago. She has already met them when we went to Europe a couple years ago (they stayed longer and went to Ireland whereas we went home after 9 days in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France). I'm very glad we are going to meet them and that Kayleigh and Emily will be able to meet some children from another country. It should be very educational for them. Just a few more days and we'll be on our way.....

Hello all...... Hope your flight was good. How was your first flight Kayleigh? When Jody and I got to our car the sky was black over downtown Orlando. Did you guys have a bumpy ride leaving Orlando? It rained all the way home.... a great lawn watering! Have fun! Teresa
