Botanical Gardens?
Not much compared to ours in Melbourne, but they do live in the middle of a desert!So here we are sitting at McCarran Airport waiting for our flight to NYC.
Have had an awesome few days here. Been a bit jet lagged 0 had to have a 'nanna nap' each afternoon for a couple of hours.
This place sucks you in. Every night we'd say 'Let's get to bed early so we're right for tomorrow, but I think the earliest we got to sleep was 1am 😊
Day 2 was a 'mini tour' of Vegas - a bit shoddy (See 'Botanical Gardens photo! 😊, but gave you a fair idea of the city and it's history.
Day 3 we went out to the Hoover Dam. I thought it was awesome - Kerryn wasn't that thrilled by the feats of engineering though. She did love M & M world that afternoon though ?
Day 4 - Flew on a twin prop 20 seater for an hour and fiftenn out to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Scary stuff! Kerryn was shaking like a leaf and swearing like a trooper 😊 The canyon was amazing. Did an IMAX movie, then bused around to a couple of vantage points. I had a go at a
Kezza Heaven
A wall full of M&M's, ready to poured into 1 pound bags 'Finn montage' at one point. If I get a chance to stitch it together, I'll try and post it up.
Other things we saw included the Pussy Cat Doll Lounge, a few nice restaurants for dinner and the 'Hawaiian Tropicana' nightclub.
Didn't do much in the way of gambling, and didn't win a bloody cent.

Yeah, the photos are amazing. I did not have time to go that many places when I was living there!
