LA Baggage collection
3 hours sleep in the last 48 - not enough!Howdy All!
Had a loooong day. Flight got delayed out of Melbourne, so spent nearly 6 hours at Tulla. Had a really smooth flight to LA, and an easy transfer across to the Vegas flight. One bonus of the delay in Mebourne was that we only had to wait an hour in LA instead of four.
The flight to Vegas was smooth, but the banking turns on approach were a bit of an eye raiser! Thought we were going to roll right over!
Checked in, did a lap of the MGM Grand then had a 4 hour nap in the afternoon.
Had a pretty nice dinner at the 'Rainforest Experience' themed restaurant here at the MGM, then did a couple of kays of walking up and down part of the 'Miracle Mile' (?) The water fountains out the front of the Bellagio were amazing.
Off to do a 'Mini tour' of Vegas tomorrow morning, then planning on an afternoon at the pool, before maybe dinner, a show, and finally, some gambling!

Ummm...my wife was complaining that we have never had a real honeymoon. Looks like I have to prepare one in the future... I was on the phone with your mum one hour today!
