So we arrived in Melbourne after 2 weeks on the road and was welcomed by Marcus - one of our travel mates who we met in Brazil. Marcus & Adele (who was away for the first week) kindly let us crash at their place, which was just off Brunswick St in Fitzroy a cool suburb 10 mins from the CBD. Brunswick St is full of bars, cafe, resurants & shops so it was a pretty good place to hang out for 3 weeks.

Apart from hanging out on Brunswick st we explored the CBD, visited Melbourne Museum, shopped on Chapel st, walked along the yarra & in the botanical gardens, celebrated pauls 31st, browsed the stalls at Vic Market, swan at the aquatics centre, played lawn bowls (YES its popular with the 18-35's!), watched the sony short film fest, enjoyed live bands in Bar open on Brunswick st, cheered on the Western Bulldogs at a AFL game, sold our car(!), cooked a roast pork dinner and ate/drank alot!

Our last weekend was spent back on the great ocean road in Angelesa, Adele came up trumps and got in touch with her mate Twiggy who had a wicked house and let us all stay over.

We are now heading back over to the West Coast for HUGH road trip
