Yes, my hostel is seriously right on the amazing lake.
Hola!
Arrived here this morning - much cooler and fresher than the rest of Argentina so far. Need the fleece even during the day. Absolutely gorgeous town on a lake surrounded by snow capped mountains. Heading off of a sail of one of the lakes tomorrow and a hike on the island.

Booked into three day trip to El Calafata for Wednesday morning - this is where I will get to hike the glaciers I have been raving about for months... can´t wait! Not sure where I will go from there - may go furhter south to Tierra Del Fuego (the End of The World - sounds hot right??!)... and probably then back to Buenos Aires for a few days. From there to the Big huge waterfalls (I can't spell the blooming name - something like Iguassu Falls) and then on to Salta and then to La Paz. Have the Inca Trail booked for January 7th.... I better get my ass in shape before then..... it is tough going from what I've heard and me and endurance so not usually go in the one sentence!

Hope all is well - I have only been gone two weeks, I feel

It is really is as pure and as clean as it looks.
like it has been forever since I had to work.... But then again, my memory has never been hectic!
