What is Happening
As you may have read after my marriage to Ruby I had to return to the UK on the 4th July, as my Indian visa was expiring and can not be renewed while in India. I left India thinking Ruby would follow me on the 15th September. However, I received a phone call from India "Ruby can not get UK visa" so I had to fly back out to India to find out what the problem was.
I have a travel agent called Bobby who is applying on Ruby's behalf to the British consulate for Ruby's visa the fee for the visa is £500 a large some for me, but a huge some of money 43,200 rupees here in India. Bobby was reluctant to apply for a visa for Ruby because if the application failed the fee is not refundable. He would feel responsible for my loss of money.
It seems Ruby's application would be thought as sceptical by the British emigration. Ruby has to prove the marriage is genuine she was not paying me just to get married, in order to acquire a UK visa, and I could support her with out using public funds while she was in the Uk. I had to convince Bobby if Ruby‘s application failed I would not hold him responsible for the loss of the visa fee.
So Ruby applied on the 3rd September 2007 for a British dependency visa it will take 15 working days to process her application.By the 24th September 2007 we should know if she has been successful. Cross you fingers say prayers the she will be successful with her visa application.
PS Today 18/09/2007 Ruby got a message. The consult has passed her papers to the embassy resulting in a 10 day delay!
